He has led, influenced and coached individuals and teams in a variety of size, backgrounds, demographics and cultures. His proven organizational leadership, strategic planning and merchandising/buying/demand planning skills resulted in continuous positive sales growth and increased profit results during his career.
Teamwork is one of Cyrus’s core values with focus on collaboration, communication, and detailed execution. Utilizing his key Maximizer, Strategic and Intuitive strengths, Cyrus is passionate about educating, influencing and motivating individuals and teams to accomplish their goals and achieve their results.
Cyrus has travelled throughout the globe for his work: throughout Asia, India, Europe, Turkey, Central America, Mexico and Canada. He loves the opportunity to work with new teams, diverse cultures and experience different perspectives. Working in such diverse environments has broadened Cyrus's knowledge and skills, allowing him to adapt to new situations and communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds.
Cyrus set in motion his mindfulness and wellness journey in 2008. In 2013, Cyrus attained his 200-hour YogaWorks teaching training certification. He completed his Ziva mediation training in 2016. Cyrus is passionate about sharing his journey from high stress, high intensity to self-care, calmness and a relaxed state of mind and being.
Cyrus loves physical and outdoor activities: hiking, cycling, camping, yoga, meditation, and circuit training. He resides in Pittsburgh, PA. USA with his husband, Larry, and their rescue dog, Hazel.
