Are you ready?

If you were to describe your coaching experience to someone, what would you say? “Give coaching a chance!”

This was the response from a client of mine. He was skeptical about the methodology and outcomes of coaching – despite being an HR leader himself. 

After our sessions, he provided me with this feedback: “Continue doing the great work. As discussed during our debrief sessions, I think you have a natural gift for coaching and being able to listen and ask the probing questions to get me to think and think deeply. Thank you for your time!”
