STRENGTHENING STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND CERTAINTY TO DRIVE CHANGE AND TEAM ACCOUNTABILITY
Overview: Leanne, a newly promoted VP, entered her role with a desire to solidify her strategic leadership, empower leadership certainty, and lead change decisively. Leveraging her 18+ years of experience, Leanne was committed to engaging and learning from her new team while driving business evolution. Early in the coaching engagement, she identified the need to make decisions more swiftly while still valuing diverse viewpoints. She gained clarity on when to take decisive action, learned to trust her partners, and improved her delegation approach, all of which helped her move more strategically in her leadership role.
Outcome: Through coaching, Leanne empowered her leadership certainty by recognizing when to release control and empower her team. Facing challenging decisions, including reductions in force (RIF), she drew on her deep organizational experience to make decisions that supported her vision for her future team.
